Returns are possible, though they are not free, as the shipping costs are borne by the consumer. 

Conditions for a return are that the product still has its green safety tag and is in the same exact condition as it was shipped in, including the original packaging. Of course it's absolutely fine to try it on, but please be respectful of the garment.
